You will receive a custom-designed, high-quality, commercial-grade rubber stamp that is made to last for years. Handles are made from North American native woods. These are die laser engraved in real rubber. Each stamp measures approximately 2.5" wide and 1.5" tall.

The number one return address mistake is using an apostrophe on last names. If you insist, I will include it, but please note that you will look like a star if you leave it out. "The Smiths" means there is more than one person named Smith and the invitation is from them all. If you put "The Smith's," you are showing plural possession of something, we don't know what, maybe you mean the house. But if your use "The Smith's" — this would mean the Smith's house is sending the invitations, not the people that make up the Smith family who are the Smiths (plural not possessive — so no apostrophe!)

PRINTED INVITATIONS & SIGNS
Four business days (if you order a wedding invitation suite or guest addressing, it could be up to five business days). From there, shipping is 2-5 business days depending on your distance from my print shop in CA.
Wedding invitations with hand-assembled bows require ~2 weeks from the time the design is approved.
Two business days. From there, First Class shipping is 1-6 business days depending on your distance from my stamp shop in MA. You may also select Priority shipping (2-3 business days; not guaranteed).
Once approved, printing takes 1 week, and shipping is generally 2-3 business days.

Many inexperienced designers create pieces that allow customers to "pick a font." I don't work like this. I spend a significant amount of time finding the PERFECT font for each piece. I have found that when my clients have requested changes to the font, 99% of the time, they go back to the original.
Because of this, I do not offer a chart with a bazillion font options for you to sort through and choose. If you need a font change, I am able to accommodate, but I need to know the name of the new font, and there will be an additional charge for the customization.
Because we begin processing your order as soon as you have ordered, there is a cancellation fee of 25%.
We spend a lot of time creating your custom proofs, so we do offer a cancellation fee to accommodate our loss of time in creating the design.
For digital or custom designs, there will be no refunds once the first proof has been sent to you.
For instant downloads, no refunds will be given.
We'll use your details to create your design. You'll receive three complimentary proofs to make sure you love the design. Once approved, we will send you the high resolution file. By default, we send pdf with .125" bleeds because this is required by most pro print shops. If you have different specifications, we can accommodate, please just let us know in advance.
Unfortunately, we cannot guarantee that what you see on your monitor is what the printed invitations will look like exactly. This is an inherent limitation with digital printing and the differences between each monitor.
We offer a complimentary proof on stamps and three complimentary proofs on guestbooks and invitations. We are not responsible for any errors or typos that were approved by you during the proofing process. Please proofread very very carefully!
You'll know you have purchased an instant download because the last two words in the listing will be, "instant download."
An instant download is a digital design has was been designed by me for you to edit. I've embedded the fonts in the pdf, so all you need to do is open the pdf with Adobe Reader (free software), and type in your details. Please make sure that you read the listing before ordering so you know which aspects are editable and which are not. You can change the font, size, and color of the text (wording) in the design that is editable. If you need more customization than that, please contact us for a quote.
